Tilton Fenwick for Target
It is a little bit country and a little bit granny. The price point is incredible. All in all, this is probably the most exciting Target collab I have seen. If you are not familiar with the duo that is Tilton Fenwick, I highly suggest you check out their portfolio.
We are in the process of redoing our master so I am particularly infatuated with the headboards. Doug vetoed pink floral already.
If crazy patterns are not your thing, they have some great solid options.
I have some major chair obsessions.

FOR SALE: CONVEX FEDERAL MIRROR
I have a thing for federal mirrors. I think it is the Southerner in me. They are classic and versitile. I think they look best over a mantle, where they can get the attention they deserve.
They can take your book shelf the next level.
They are perfect for a formal dining room.
I love them so much I have two. They can add a traditional element to a modern gallery wall.
FOR SALE- $200 OBO
The actual mirror is 17" (great size)
It does have some wear on it- THIS THING IS NO SPRING CHICKEN.
Email me at jessicaepley@gmail.com if you are interested, no holds.

For the Chic Mama
I have been lucky enough to make it through the summer wearing old maxi dresses. I discovered early on, I have a really strong aversion to anything maternity. One day while hunting "non-maternity" maternity clothes I came across STORQ. It has been a game changer. Basically, they offer a bundle of basics to get you through your pregnancy. Just layer with pieces you already own and you are good to go.
Layer with classics that you will wear long after the baby comes...

Back To School Style
Even though I am 29 years old and about to have a child, the excitement of back to school is never lost on me. Forget New Year resolutions or spring cleaning, I get the back to school itch. It makes me want to buy a new wardrobe and clean out all my closets. While I do not think I will be fitting into high waisted jeans anytime soon I thought I can still share my fall inspiration with all of you. My go-tos include- high waisted denim, a Barbour jacket and slouchy booties.

Currently Obsessed | For The Home
Benjamin Moore Boothbay Gray | I cannot get enough of this blue-gray hue. It is great looking for an exterior or interior.
Tilton & Fenwick Gibbie Fabric | I picked up a sample of this fabric and am smitten.
Green Sofa | Lee Industries makes an awesome sleeper sofa. We need some extra sleeping space and this could be my chance to make my green velvet dreams come true.
Scalamandre Tiger Pillow | Williams and Sonoma is now offering the iconic print, but it is going to cost you. Luckily, it will not take much to make a huge statement.
Brass Fixture | This fixture is the perfect mix of preppy and sophisticated.
Amsterdam Side Chair | I love the subtle pink ribbon trim on these Hickory Chair dining room chairs. This would be an easy upholstering project to add some life to old chairs.
Botanical Print | This print from Etsy sold out, but Lindsey Carr's Etsy shop is now one of my favorites.

Expecting
It has been a while since I have shared anything about my personal life. A lot has happened in the past year. I have been really busy the past 7 months...being pregnant. Doug and I are expecting a sweet little baby boy in November. I had my first baby shower this weekend and it made everything seem real.
The first couple of months were really rough. I was sick 24/7 and literally fell off the face of the Earth. It took a while to get back to feeling like myself, but in the past couple months I have really embraced being pregnant. Luckily, two of my best friends are in the same boat.
My sweet friend who came all the way from Raleigh.
This might be my favorite picture of all time. It pretty much sums up everything.
I am too lazy to upload the "good" photos off my camera. Thanks to the sweet hostesses and all of my friends and family who came and showered us with so much love.
